This new addition to the Four Elements series takes a deep dive into Jewish prayer; specifically the deeper meaning behind the daily morning service. R' Buxbaum takes a Kabbalistic approach to the prayer book, the siddur, viewing it as our Sages’ roadmap to the soul, providing us with a step-by-step process that allows us to reach an elevated state of consciousness.

The Four Elements of Elevated Prayer guides readers through the four main parts of the Shacharis morning service, illuminating how the prayers can become a journey of connection to one’s authentic self. Weaving together classic Torah sources, Kabbalistic teachings, and insights into human psychology, Rabbi Buxbaum shows how these parts parallel the four elements—fire, wind, water, and earth—as well as the four stages to spiritual mastery.

This book is both for those who have been praying for years and feel that they are ready to go deeper, or for those who are new to Jewish prayer and want to jump in to the deep end! It is for those who have read and mastered Rabbi Buxbaum’s first two books, as well as for those who are brand-new to the Four Elements family!

You can order the book here:
